| Construction industry has such characteristics as openness,large-scale and complexity,influenced by the development trend,the project delivery model needs to meet the modernization requirements,as technology informatization,ideological leanness and efficiency.However,the traditional project delivery mode has been unable to meet that.It is affecting the performance of construction speed,construction level and achievements seriously.At this historic moment,IPD(Integrated Project Delivery)mode came into being.The new IPD model which takes information technology as cooperation platform and lean thinking as guidance is an innovative,sustainable and timely project delivery model.The core of IPD mode is integration,and it relies on harmonious and stable cooperation among participants to improve work efficiency,reduce waste,and maximize project value.The relationship between IPD model participants is very important for the development and promotion of IPD model.But IPD model has many participants and the organization structure is complex.So,the level of collaborative management is pretty high.At present,there are relatively few studies on IPD model participant relationship evaluation.Therefore,the comprehensive evaluation of IPD model participant relationship is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper introduces the concept of relationship quality in order to examine and cognize the relationship between IPD model participants from a systematic perspective.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the nature and connotation of relationship quality evaluation,IPD model participant relationship quality evaluation model based on supply chain theory is putted forward and named SCT model.From the supply-demand relationship of participants,the IPD model participant relationship quality evaluation index system with supply chain structure characteristics is established.According to the importance of evaluation index which is fuzzy and uncertain,the weight of the index is determined by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.At the same time,considering that there are many evaluation indicators and the connotation is complex and difficult to quantify,the vector angle cosine method is chosen to evaluate the quality of the relationshipbetween core enterprises and related enterprises.And then the two-stage relationship quality evaluation values and three supply chain relationship quality evaluation values are processed in a geometric average way,thus realizing the evaluation of tripartite relationship in the supply chain and the relationship quality of participants in IPD system.Finally,the thesis used a case study to verify the feasibility and applicability of the evaluation system.The results show that the evaluation process of the relationship quality of IPD mode participants realizes the combination of qualitative and quantitative research on the relationship between IPD mode participants,which provides a scientific basis for the relationship management of IPD mode participants.At the same time,the establishment of the relationship quality evaluation system has opened up a new research perspective and expanded an effective research approach for IPD model participants’ relationship evaluation,which has certain theoretical significance and practical guidance value. |
