Research On Post Evaluation Of South Second Ring XiYan Project In Shijiazhuang

Since the reform and opening up, China's rapid economic development, people on the quality of products and services are becoming higher. With the rapid development of our society, the function of part of the highway can not meet the increasing traffic demand, therefore, it is necessary to reform and repair the original highway.In recent years, China's investment in public transport is increasing. China's highway construction projects on the scale of construction, construction technology and quality standards have been greatly improved. As the main body of the highway engineering construction management system, the construction side has a very significant impact on the management of the highway project construction. But the implementation of the highway project requires a lot of cooperation. At present our country highway engineering project management system still need to be improved. The actual implementation process may cause some management problems and influence the construction. Therefore, it is needed to establish a perfect evaluation system to find the problems in the construction project management.In this paper, the effect and quality of the completion of the XiYan project as the research object. The standardization of knowledge system, project evaluation theory and system of standardization are discussed by using the standardized approach to evaluate the construction of highway engineering construction project extension. Then evaluate the project in the extension and operationof highway engineering construction. In this paper, we mainly study the following problems. First of all, reaserch and analyse the project management evaluation theory and knowledge system, to provide the theoretical basis for the evaluation of the effect of this paper. On this basis, using standard thought to carry on the reasonable construction of the system of construction quality evaluation system and evaluation of West Highway engineering. Secondly, based on the characteristics of the western extension of the highway engineering construction project, analyzes various benefits and costs reasonably according to the actual environmental problems encountered, west highway engineering construction cost problems, social problems, and a detailed analysis of the effect of extension project.Study on the method of knowledge through the postgraduate stage and daily cumulative, combining theory and practice, the evaluation of XiYan project in-depth research, providing reference value for the evaluation of other related highway.
