The main purpose of this paper is to discuss several problems existing in the fieldof the quality evaluation using infrared technology about building external wall,toimprove operability of infrared technology in the field of the quality evaluation aboutbuilding external wall,to provide scientific basis for the holistic and comprehensivequality evalution of building external wall through the study on the field detectiontechnology of infrared thermal imaging and the analysis and processing technology ofinfrared image.Based on the inadequacies of the quality evalution using infrared technologyabout building external wall,this paper discusses the field detection technology ofinfrared thermal imaging which is applied to the building extenal wall,infrared imageprocessing and quality evalution system of the building external wall based oninfrared technology. The main contents are as follows:⑴This paper proposes reference value of the optimal testing time of the fielddetection technology which is applied to building external wall quality evalutionbased on infrared technology in qingdao, through establishing the mathematicalmodel,simulating the receiving radiation energy of building external suface inqingdao,modify the numerical simulation combined with the typical engineeringbased on data smoothing and least squares fitting.⑵In the aspect of infrared image pre-processing,on the one hand, this paperapplies Gauss low-pass fliter to supress noise at high frequency in the infrared imageand discusses the size of Gaussian template and cutoff frequency, on the otherhand,this paper enhances the contrast of infrared image using pseudo color processingtechnology and establishes two matrix of color graph.⑶In the aspect of infrared image geometric correction,this paper proposes thegeometric correction algorithm of infrared image based on image control point andstudies the determination of the coordinate of cotrol point,the construction of theprojection transformation equation, the parameters of the projection transformationequation and the technology of infrared image resampling.⑷In the aspect of infrared image mosaic, this paper proposes the image mosaicalgorithm based on feature points in the infrared image and studies the method ofdetecting image feature points in the infrared image, method for infrared image registration based on feature points in the infared image and infrared image fusionalgorithm, meanwhile, this paper improves or developes appropriate algorithms.⑸In the aspect of the detection of defects in the infrared image, this paperproposes complete method for defect target detection in the infrared image, it includesdefect recognition and flaw evalution. On the one hand, based on the differentinterference radiation source,the method for defect recognition respectively usesdefect recognition algorithm for no-background infrared image and defect recognitionalgorithm for complex background infrared image;on the other hand, in the aspect offlaw evalution,this paper proposes the algorithm for thinning and closing defectboundary based on the spline curve and the algorithm for extracting defectarea,meanwhile, this paper studies the determination of defect target.⑹In the aspect of the construction of integrated system, Based on theMATLAB,this paper has completed building external wall quality evalution systembased on infrared technology, this system has integrated the detection parametersmodule,the image pre-processing module,the image basic operation module,the imagegeometric analysis module and the image defect analysis module.
