In recent years,our country's economy is in a state of growth,rail as one of the main form of transportation in our country,is of vital significance for the development of national economy,railway construction will also along with the economic development steps to reform the big strength.According to relevant data,the traditional railway network has been difficult to meet the growing demand for transport of goods and personnel transportation,based on this,the need of railway transportation capacity,improve the railway development strategy and concept,improve the overall efficiency of railway transport.Qiqihar is an important city in the north of China,and its railway carries the main responsibility of the northeast freight.However,with the change of The Times,the original equipment is gradually aging,which makes the railway section of qiqihar unable to meet the demand of real transportation.Therefore,we must on the section of the existing production capacity,process layout,and infrastructure and so on carries on the reasonable analysis,set up scientific expansion plan,to modify the existing railway,raise transportation efficiency,ensure transportation safety.In other wo rds,the expansion of the depot is still an inevitable trend,which is of vital importance to China's economic development.Based on the above analysis,the author USES the car depot as the research object to study the expansion and transformation of the depot through the analysis and theoretical overview of the current situation at home and abroad.The necessary analysis of railway section reconstruction is carried out by means of literature collection,investigation and case analysis.First of all,the author according to current situation of the ability of qiqihar car depot are analyzed,the concrete research of qiqihar weakness of existing railway car depot repair,points out the purpose of retrofit scheme,for specific revamping/expansion of the solution is clear and the last is studied from the perspective of the risk management,some problems exist in the process of project implementation in revamping/expansion,in view of the problems puts forward some targeted operational Suggestions and strategies,aims to provide scientific basis for revamping/expansion of railway and guidance.
