Study Of Suburban Tourist Resort Planning Based On The Experience Economy

Experience economy is known as the fourth-largest economy,It has been a major influence on the direction of development of the society,also changed people's consumption concept and consumer behavior.Experience economy is gradually penetrated into various social sectors,it has the most wide and deep impact on tourism and entertainment industry,for they are the pioneer of the experice and also possesed the highest recognition from consumers.With the rapid development of society,people's living level gradually improve,the increase in the number of idle money disposable,along with the increasing of the national holiday and the improvement of the labor law,people are able to pay more attention to the spiritual demand and the quality of life in addition to daily job and life.It become the best choice for holiday arrangement for people to travel from the usual living place,to feel different local conditions and customs.They enjoy the fresh experience and the increasing emotional communication with family and friends and even strangers at the same time.However,tour with traditional rough tourism mode can no longer meet visitors needs,it cost to long way,too much time and the travel schedule is too tense which are already fall behind the current pursuit of tourists with slow paced eisure requirements.So,the traditional tourism has been gradually abandoned,tourism in suburban gradually flourished.This article complys the trend of today's society that visitors are pursuiting a higher level of travel.It combines two current major tourism form:Experience and Suburban holiday and researches related plannings of suburban tourist resorts under the experience economy,in order to fulfill the multi-level demands of tourists in travel,entertainment,culture,education,sports and health.To Integrate the concept of experience economy into the tourism,will bring greater reputation and economic benefits to tourism developers.Through consulting a large number of related literature to experience economy and the suburban tourism resort planning,and successful cases from home and abroad,I've done several aspects of research as below:(1)By reading a large number of literature,I've summed up the relative concepts of suburban tourism resort under the experience economy,for example "Tourism","holiday"and "resort","suburban","experience","experience economy" etc.and induced the types of suburban tourism resorts,the characteristics of suburban tourist resorts under the experience economy,and the difference from the traditional tourism.(2)Through summarizing the demand of the tourists under the experience economy era and the experience economy planning theories of suburban tourist resorts to find a conclusion of planning principles of the suburban tourist resorts under the experience economy.(3)Compared the Naked heart valley tourist resort in Mogan Mountain with Sunriver tourist resort from abroad and refined the great ideas from them.(4)Then by the actual planning of the zhenjiang suburb scenic bay resort to make verification and conclusions on previous research.
