With the development of China's economy,the improvement of consumption level of residents,shopping and leisure,tourism,education and other aspects of the combination of "experiential consumption" has been as a new consumer concept,consumer demand for shopping,from a single Of the storage behavior has gradually become a variety of services to provide a variety of needs to meet the needs of the place.At the same time,the arrival of the Internet era,and gradually change the people's shopping model-from the line to the line(O2O shopping mode),now online shopping system shopping is not just a shopping habit,it is an indispensable life the way.In the face of the upgrading of consumer demand and the impact of electricity business,functional compound,active experience of commercial street development model by more and more attention.In order to comply with this new consumption concept,to meet people's rising demand level,the major city commercial street into a comprehensive upgrade of the times.Some commercial streets have made some new attempts to integrate the elements of the tourist area with the functions of the commercial street to enhance the level of the commercial street.Set a multi-functional in a scenic commercial street has become a hot topic of concern to each city.According to the data collection and statistics,scenic city commercial street construction has been more mature,and the number of commercial street has also been the consumer's praise,but also there are some problems.However,in the academic field of architecture and urban planning,there are few literatures on scenic city commercial streets.Therefore,this article based on the experience of the economy,from a new perspective,to explore and study the city commercial street scenic design.Firstly,through the research and development of the commercial street in the scenic city of China at home and abroad,this paper chooses the 12 commercial city streets in China to summarize the experiences and shortcomings of the commercial street construction of scenic city in China.At the same time,Consumer behavior to conduct a questionnaire survey,based on a large number of research and research on the basis of summing up the city commercial street area construction of the key and difficult lies in the core attraction positioning,compound format function positioning,traffic line effective in series,architectural and landscape experience to strengthen Four aspects.Secondly,according to the difficulties of urban commercial street construction,the five design strategies of building scenic commercial street are put forward: 1.The core competitiveness is constructed with the differentiated experience theme;2,emphasizing the function of the state,the theme culture is 5;to close the theme of the characteristics of style,and strengthen the experience of visitors to experience....To the effective traffic line in series with the functional format of the district;4 to personalized experience space to improve the space carrier environment;Finally,the design method proposed above is applied to the actual case of Xin'an Shuicheng Commercial Street.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,we will solve the problems of the scenic city commercial street in the theme positioning,functional structure structure,moving traffic and space carrier design and overall style building,strengthen the experience of scenic city commercial street,further expand and enrich the experience Activities,and in order to improve the scenic city commercial street vitality,promote consumption,to achieve commercial street economic and social and cultural development.
