Research On The Diversity Of Public Training Space

Public training base,as a new form of vocational education and training,has become the focus of active participation and development throughout the country.The CPC Central Committee,the State Council,the provincial Party committee and government already stated height takes seriously.However,the rapid output expansion of technicians leaves us no time to ponder over the architectural design of the public training base;It also leads to a rapid construction and blind imitation.And one-sided understanding of training space causes uneven use of space,unreasonable settings and the lack of sustainable development.We need to change the present situation,to reacquaint the connotation of public training space and to fill gaps in theory.Under mentioned backgrounds,this paper conducts on further study on public training space from the perspective of its essence---spatial diversity.Firstly,this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the public training space by data collection and case comparison,and to look for the origin of spatial diversity.Next,the paper summarizes the spatial characteristics of public training space through a large number of field investigations and individual intervie and individual interviews.It also analyzes the possible space types of the public training space under the same training content,which selecting four typical training space,include modern machinery manufacturing,electronics and automation,modern automotive technology,innovation and entrepreneurship,to expound and analyze the spatial function,spatial scale,spatial layout and other elements of space.Also,this paper tries to explore that,in different teaching modes,the characteristics of the public training spaces and the mutual conversion of strategies,which can provide three ideas and principles for the reform and innovation of the public training base by analogy analysis,.Finally,It takes innovative practice in Hefei public training base for vocational education.It makes applied researches on the result of the practice to improving the space needs and the spiritual needs of the training space.It gathered the embodiment and feedback of the public training space diversity,in order to creating suitable public place for vocational training in Hefei.The purpose of this paper is to enhance people's awareness of and attention to the public training space,and to provide some valuable references and theoretical basis for the renovation and innovation of public training base.
