In recent years,China's requirements for the renovation of existing buildings have continuously increased,from the safety reinforcement of the last century to the development of green energy-saving transformation,and then to the comprehensive performance improvement transformation.At the same time,the education model of colleges and universities is constantly being reformed.The demand for basic training and operational training space is also increasing.The construction of colleges and universities has also entered a peak period.Many old college buildings are gradually unable to meet the current needs of use.,Or even abandoned.As an important teaching building in engineering colleges,the teaching training workshop is often built in a long time ago,limited by the development of architectural technology and the demand of modern education mode at that time.Some teaching training workshops urgently need to be reformed.This article takes performance improvement and transformation as the foothold,pays attention to the experience of teachers and students of colleges and universities on the use of architecture,and studies the transformation strategies suitable for the existing teaching and training workshops to improve the quality of all aspects of architecture.In this paper,first of all,through the review of literature and the investigation of the teaching training workshops of major universities,the data is collected,and a questionnaire survey is conducted to sort out the current status of the existing teaching training workshops in universities,analyze their functional characteristics,and summarize their deficiencies..The third chapter of the thesis from the perspective of aesthetic performance and spatial function improvement,through the study of a large number of transformation cases at home and abroad,extracting transformation methods,analyzing its applicability to the teaching training workshop,and summarizing suitable transformation strategies.The fourth chapter studies the improvement strategy of physical environment performance improvement,starting from the three aspects of thermal environment,light environment and acoustic environment of the teaching training workshop,proposes the appropriate improvement strategy,and analyzes the three different lighting methods and the use of Design Builder simulation software The advantages anddisadvantages of combining with each other.The fifth chapter reforms the design and practice of the teaching training workshop of Zibo Technician College,integrates the transformation design strategies proposed in chapters three and four,selects appropriate transformation methods,and uses computer simulation software to simulate and verify the transformation effect.Through the above research and design practice,this paper studies and puts forward the reform design strategy for the aesthetic performance,spatial function and physical environment performance of the existing teaching training workshops in colleges and universities,and performs software simulation analysis to verify the existing teaching training workshops in colleges and universities.The comprehensive performance improvement of the transformation provides ideas.
