Study On The Spatial Characteristics And Planning Strategy Of Villages In Laiwu Area

Rural society of China is the most complex social formation in the world.Its diverse resources and energy conditions,rich and diverse village civilization background,and distinctive regional spatial patterns all indicate that the relevant research on village spatial characteristics and village planning and construction is a complex and long-term scientific research and engineering mission.At present,most of the research objects and achievements about the village spatial characteristics and planning strategies are concentrated in the villages with high historical human values or with some obvious characteristics,but "atypical" villages are less researched on.Laiwu,located in middle of Shandong province,is a representative area of the space characteristics of Shandong hinterland.The research on its spatial characteristics and planning strategies can make up the blank of the relevant research in China and provides more examples for the related research.According to the guide of the new village planning policy,this paper studies and plans the practices of the 24 typical villages in Laiwu,discussing its village spatial characteristics and constructing the characteristics system of“three levels and nine types of inside and outside”.The village spatial characteristics system with bigger scale and greater range is formed based on the constructed characteristics system,paving the way for research of the villages in Shandong and even in the north.More important,through the in-depth analysis of the spatial characteristics of the sample villages,the paper summarizes and analyzes the current situations of village space and its causes,puts forward the pertinent spatial planning strategy based on the current situations,and guides the plannings of the different elements of five spatial types(village space,land space,street space,building courtyard space,node space)with a focused planning guidance to enhance the operability of planning strategies.It is hoped that the strategy of village spatial planning under the guidance of this issue will be of great significance to the planning and preparation of different types of villages and the practice of village construction in Laiwu,northern areas and even all the country,so as to provide technical reference for the inheritance and development of village spatial characteristics in the future rural construction.In addition,taking Beiligou Village,Longwei Village and Xipingzhou Village as typical planning cases of the agglomeration type,the extension of axis belt type and theloose-point village,the paper analyzes the characteristics of spatial elements in each village,figure outs spatial development focus,controls the development of village space elements,verifies the feasibility and practical significance of this study according to local situations.
