Research On The Method Of Village Planning Compilation Under The Land Spatial Planning System

Villages were the earliest gathering places for human beings,and were places where cities began to form.In our country's long history and vast land,many villages of different sizes and unique characteristics have been formed.In order to scientifically guide the orderly development of village planning and construction,various ministries and commissions have issued a large number of laws,regulations and policies to guide the construction and development of villages.However,due to different planning basis and objectives,and different planning standards,the results of the same village planning under the guidance of different departments and policies vary widely,and a large number of contradictions and conflicts appear in the process of guiding village construction and development.Relevant research shows that under the current situation where multiple planning policies work together,the prepared village planning results cannot well guide the construction and development of villages,and cause problems in laws and regulations,planning systems,planning results,and implementation management systems.This article analyzes the current problems in the preparation of village planning in China,and studies the method of village planning under the land space planning system.The focus of the planning is to coordinate and unify various types of village construction and development at the current stage based on the "multi-regulation integration" method.Content,and use a combination of theoretical analysis and case studies to coordinate it into a complete planning system.The prominent role of "multi-regulation integration" in coordinating urban and rural economic development,implementing land and space arrangements,coordinating land use,protecting the ecological environment,and exchanging planning information has been valued.Faced with a number of conflicts in planning content,uncoordinated functions of related departments,lack of convergence,etc.,the "multiple regulations" approach provides an effective solution.Coordinate the requirements of different stakeholders through the "multi-regulation andintegration" method,establish a unified information management platform,coordinate multiple planning systems,and solve the problems of self-contained systems and content conflicts,so as to integrate the various plans into one.Blueprint,a goal of this plan.This coordinated and unified role provides a new way to solve the outstanding problems facing village planning in China.This article takes the pilot village planning of “multi-regulation as one” village in Jiangxi Province—Huatang Village,Sanxing Township,Wanzai County,Yichun City as an empirical case.By formulating the“multi-regulation as one” village planning of Huatang Village,it explains the land planning system The system framework and planning content of the "multiple regulations and one" village planning.Realize the scientific and orderly guidance of village planning and construction,implement the village land space arrangement,coordinate the village land use,protect the village ecological environment,improve the village living environment,and promote the village industry development goals,and coordinate various planning in the village domain To achieve "multi-regulation integration" at different levels,to promote rural revitalization strategies.
