Along with the further modernization construction in our country,the infrastructure obtained the unprecedented development of bridge engineering as a vital and difficult construction infrastructure projects have been great development.Bridge engineering records constantly refreshed,landmark project construction.However,large quantities of large Bridges,thus the construction period is often a long,during construction also involves many participants,including institutions such as supervision party and owner,which involves complex,the relationship between the real implementation of the construction of a bridge,will face various risks,these risks may cover all project cycle,including the planning process,construction process and transfer process.This study combined with JF building in large bridge engineering project risk identification,analysis,measurement and response,fully draw lessons from the mature algorithms and index system,and studied many achievements in the industry,finally realizes the construction of large bridge project to the research of BOT model for risk.First of all,the erythrina bridge engineering project risk identification,seven aspects are at greater risk for the risk of in-depth analysis,including market environment risk identification,project risk identification,identification of risk management,project completion risk identification,project risk identification of force majeure,lay a good foundation for project evaluation.Secondly,combining qualitative and quantitative two way for the comprehensive evaluation of the risk,this paper expounds the risk factors and levels,based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the bridge project risk factors set,determined the weight set of risk factors,by AHP method to establish the evaluation index weight set,and the revised,this paper expounds the concrete implementation of the evaluation process.Bridge engineering project risk and the JF company has carried on the empirical analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to determine of bridge engineering project risk factors set,bridge engineering project risk weighting sets is determined,on the basis of the bridge project risk evaluation sets is determined,to build the project risk fuzzy evaluation matrix,thus the project risk fuzzy evaluation,and the risk assessment results is obtained finally.Finally,combined with the main risk of the project,expounds the risk prevention and response.Elaborated the environmental risks,risks of financial environment,market environment risk,the production operation environment risk,management risk,project risk aversion strategies of force majeure.
