It is acknowledged that in realty industry there are a lot of participants, long time limit, and huge investment. So the project organization is complicated and uncertain, and there a lot of risk during the project no matter for investor or builder.The existence of project risk is ubiquitous and uncertain. Although the risk can be identified, transfer, reduced and evaded, but never ignored. Ignoring the risk can lead to disastrous consequence to the project and a lot of loss. So we must be rigorous during project risk management.Although the consequence following risk is serious, it can be reduced and avoided through scientific method. Essentially, project risk management is to analyze project and identify risk and assess it, make logical reply and monitor measure to ensure the project go smoothly. Project risk management is a new-style management science, but develops rapidly. Compared with traditional construction management, project risk management owns unique advantage. In a lot of construction companies in developed country, project risk management is imported as a basic management system, and develops good consequence.In China project risk management research is a new course, but gets more and more attention in the construction industry, and will be better in the future.This article firstly analyzes and concludes the current situation in risk management in China, then study the case of SHUI ON Group’s IT TianDi Project, identifies the risk, analyze and assess it, and finally propose efficient solution and monitor method. It is hoped that this article can be used for reference for other relevant companies.
