Then the paper analyzes the key factors influencing the cost of the project from the diagram of the cost components of the project and the project budget table. In the process of analysis,it is found that the Huachuan project has many problems such as feasibility of development and profit after completion. However, there are many problems in the process of cost control, such as the slow construction time, The project cost of capital problems, there is the tender phase of the project cost of the wind turbine is low, theequipment arrived at the construction site of the timeliness of the problem is very poor, in the construction phase of the project does not start in time caused by electricity price emergency start, development time span High land acquisition costs,poor contract execution and lack of experience in construction site management.
