Throughout the development of the global wind power industry,the cost comparison with traditional energy is the decisive factor.The rise of global traditional energy prices will always trigger a round of investment fever in wind power and other new energy industries.The decline of traditional energy prices will make wind power development face criticism in terms of policy and financial support.When the k Wh cost of wind farm is lower than that of traditional energy,the charm of wind power can be fully displayed.At present,China’s wind power development is at a new turning point: with the gradual increase of China’s wind power installed capacity,the gap between the hourly power cost of wind power compared with traditional energy is narrowing,the new energy subsidies will be gradually abolished,and the acquisition of wind power resources will enter the era of competitive bidding.The power generation potential of wind farms is largely determined by the wind resource conditions and the design level of wind farms.In the built wind farm,this factor has been transformed into an inherent attribute,and the power generation potential has been transformed into dominated by the operation and maintenance capacity of the wind farm and the performance of the wind turbine.In the production and operation stage,the research on the hourly power cost of wind farm has essentially changed into the research on cost reduction and efficiency increase of reducing operation and maintenance cost and increasing power generation.When the concept of lean management is applied to the wind farm,it is not only illusory and difficult to start,but also can be felt and reflected everywhere.The main reason is that electricity is an undifferentiated and basically ready to use energy,which can not quote the management experience of traditional manufacturing industry in improving quality and reducing inventory,nor can it be close to customers and pay attention to providing more shocking services for customers.However,lean production and Six Sigma can be seen everywhere when looking for key influencing factors,judging the improvement effect and clarifying the improvement objectives.Through the research on the lean management countermeasures of cost reduction and efficiency increase in T company’s wind farm,it is found that the following aspects can be improved:(1)solve the urgent and important problems first.After entering the production and operation stage,the southern wind farm of T company has encountered special problems such as frequent lightning failures and abnormal power limitation.The core reason is that the demonstration in the project design and planning stage or project construction is insufficient and lack of targeted solution experience,which is also a common problem in the rapid expansion of the scale of the wind farm.The solutions under such extreme conditions can be analyzed,demonstrated and tried by referring to the general practices of the industry,and the project shall be established first.(2)Focus on technological innovation and application.The development direction of wind farm production and operation is to research and innovate digital solutions and remote sensing technology to improve the level of intelligence and automation.The application of many new technological achievements may have a subversive impact on the production,operation and management of wind farms,or may significantly reduce costs.(3)Bold innovation model.The innovation of operation and management mode can have a significant impact on the operation cost and efficiency of wind farm.Managers can flexibly adjust according to installed capacity,staffing and technical management level.The core of cost reduction and efficiency increase management of wind farm has two points: first,grasp the key 80%;Because of the limitation of resources and energy,we can not solve all problems at one time.We can only choose important and influential problems for research.Second,pay attention to practical feasibility,and the research problems can reach the best range in the existing technical capacity level.Finally,lean management should form a continuous improvement model and atmosphere,including not only the summary and promotion of previous research results,but also new attempts after the application of new technologies and new solutions.
