electricity price of wind power generation.Therefore,it is very important to study how to control and manage the cost of wind farm project scientifically and effectively and improve the income,which is the practical problem of the development of wind power in the future.With the growing scale of construction of wind power and wind power further reduced tariff,the investment costs for wind farm construction cost of the project for the purpose of.In this paper,a deep research on the project investment decision-making stage,design stage,implementation stage and completion acceptance stage is made by using the basic principle of the construction project cost management and combing with the characteristics of the wind farm construction projects:(1)Cost control should focus on the wind resource assessment and selection of the unit on decision-making stage aiming at the complexity of wind farm project investment decision-making,dynamic,the fixed location and decision-making cycle characteristics.the correct selection of dynamic and static investment evaluation method is used to determine the scientific evaluation of investment.(2)Cost control focus mainly on the use of the value engineering theory,the full implementation of quota design and strengthening the design budget review management on decision stage aiming at strong professional of the wind farm project design,single product and the need for integrated design,the design of a few people or unattended and the characteristics of comparison for the whole life cycle cost of the equipment in the selection
