In recent years,with the continuous development of China’s economy,the future of China’s elevator is expected to increase demand will maintain a relatively stable growth.Facing the gradual expansion of market demand,in the fierce competition in the elevator industry,the elevator manufacturers only continues to shorten the production cycle,optimize the product design,reduce the production cost,improves the efficiency of production and design,in order to adapt to the now rapidly changing elevator market.OTIS elevator,the annual production of about 50% of the elevator is non standardized products,so the cost of such products greatly improved and lost the competitiveness of the market.The product design of parameterization and modularization,generalization and simplification,and by the secondary professional development of the system,the general system is transformed into a system with elevator professional characteristics,in order to improve the design efficiency,reduce operating costs,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The research object of this topic is the elevator car platform.First of all,the parametric design rules of elevator car platform parts are studied,and the key parameters which influence the parameter design are analyzed.Secondly,it use Creo as a tool.Based on the modular and parametric design theory,according to the Top-down parametric modeling method,the skeleton model get parameter driven car bottom parametric model.To extend the type of Otis products,reduces the non-standard design cycle,improve the design efficiency.And then take ANSYS Workbench as the tool,create the finite element model and analyse the static structure of the car platform,and according to the analysis results of the car platform channel for the optimization design.So that the car platform under the premise of satisfying the strength,mass decreased by 6%.The material is saved and cost is reduced.Finally,according to the Creo/Toolkit secondary development tools,for Otis non standard department status,of engineering drawings and parts lists for the secondary development.So that designers more convenient,more simple to deal with drawings and parts list,improve the processing efficiency of the elevator design. |
