| With the development of economy in our country, the rapid development of China’s own brand cars, is experiencing the transition from the price-occupied market to brand-occupied market. At the same time, consumption of a car becomes more diversified and personalized, however, safety and reliability is the primary selection factor when buying a car. At present, enterprises must put a lot of after-sales maintenance costs for cars which are in the warranty period, not only causes direct economic losses, but also causes intangible customer losses. China’s own brand enterprise more and more emphasis on Automotive quality, so this paper based on after-sales data analysis the failure of components, in order to provide qualitative and quantitative recommendations for self-own brand automotive quality improvementFirstly, on the basis of the division of the system, this paper presented failure mode analysis on main components from the user-observable failure. This paper proposed an improved method and presented risk analysis by studying nonlinear phenomena of severity.Secondly, in order to obtain the sequence of failure modes, depending on the severity and occurrence of the failure, VIKOR method.is used. In the background of the enterprise, under the assumption of this paper, choose factors and use Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory to solve the relationship between the various factors. On this basis, by using Analytic Network Process, solve the weight of each factors and degree of components failures.Finally, take braking systems of CA’s one of best-selling vehicle as an example, applying the theories above into practice. In the example, on the basis of failure mode, we did failure mode analysis and risk analysis, failure sorting and in the end obtained the weight of each factors and the degree of components failures. |
