This paper explains the military electronic components (mainly for militaryintegrated circuit) reliability research of its importance and urgency. Based on the reliability theory, and the reliability test principle and interpretation, classification of military electronic components has been described as well as the important device profile, introduction and screening methods andconceptual necessity. And summarized the failure mode of military integrated circuit to appear in the design and production process is similar to the failure mode of prevention, can effectively reduce the failure rate of military integrated circuit. And in view of these problems, formulate feasibleprevention mechanism and improvement measures for the future development, the production, the military integrated circuit production, inspection. To ensure the reliability of various military weapons and equipment. And guarantee the service life and equipment function.This thesis through the classification of reliability test are introduced as well as the military electronic components, and emphatically introduces the failure analysis, principle, and reliability test of the military integrated circuit, combined with the results of failure analysis. Through the design, technology, raw materials and components and other aspects of measures andcountermeasures, to improve military IC reliability, and can be used for reference in the design and production process of military electronic components in the other.
