Research On Multi-project Resource Allocation Optimization

In the process of implementing management in multi-project environment,enterprise faces the sharing and conflict of capital,equipment,manpower and other resources among different projects.The rational and effective allocation of various resources in the multi-project environment has become a key issue in the multi-project management coordination of enterprises.This paper based on the resource allocation problem of enterprise multi project management,which is explored from the premise of organizational structure and resource scarcity.Firstly,the related theories of organizational structure are briefly introduced,and the important value of excellent organizational structure in optimizing resource allocation is studied,the proper organizational structure can help to carry out and implement the resource optimization.Good results of resource optimization will be conducive to the smooth implementation of the project.According to the current situation of multi-projects of the company,the organizational structure is adjusted adaptively,and the improved matrix organizational structure is helpful to optimize the allocation of resources among multi-projects.Secondly,we studied the multi-project resource optimization method,expounds the basic theory of critical chain method and mechanism,resource optimization method based on the key chain,which can effectively shorten the duration,reduce the conflict of resources and the uncertainty of the implementation of the project plan.In view of the conflict of project resources in multi-project environment and the phenomenon of not being effectively configured,a critical chain approach is proposed to achieve optimal allocation of resources.Finally,the improved matrix organization structure and the key chain method are applied to the optimal allocation of resources in practical cases,and the application results are compared with the traditional organization structure and network technology methods,in the end the paper puts forward the strategies and suggestions for the optimal allocation of resources in the multi-project management of the company.
