Application Of BIM In Real Estate Project Management Informatization

Information technology is widely used in many industries, to the development model of the industry has brought great changes, to the social contribution to social benefits, economic benefits, improve the level of development of various industries.In the field of engineering project management, especially in the construction of real estate projects in the field of project management, the traditional real estate project management pattern appeared a lot of difficult to eradicate the problems, such as management inefficiency, overstaffing in organizations, resources waste is serious and so on. Seriously affect the real estate project management effect, resulting in a great waste, reducing the benefits of the project, the healthy development of the real estate industry in China is very unfavorable. However in recent years the concept of BIM is introduced in our country, BIM with visual advantages of traditional 2D simulation, collaborative work, collision detection, pipeline comprehensive and so does not have, BIM is not limited to the stage of design and construction, it covers the entire life cycle of the project. BIM project management information technology has greatly improved the quality and efficiency of the construction project from the design to construction, and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of real estateenterprises. BIM has been included in the "Twelfth Five Year" development plan, in order to facilitate the development of domestic construction industry information, I believe that in the next development plan will further promote.From the analysis of the introduction of BIM basic application point of view of traditional real estate project management mode, to explore the advantages of real estate project management informationization, and put forward the BIM framework and operation mode for our country real estate project management. Combining with the actual situation in China, referring to the experience of foreign countries to promote the development of China’s real estate project management information.
