BIM Applications Based On The Local Real Estate Enterprises In Our Country

With the coming of globalization and China’s overall economic development change, The real estate industry in our country after 15 years of rapid development, the overall pattern of change. As the "golden age" in the past, the real estate industry profits will gradually return to a reasonable value. Combined with the quality of the real estate industry in recent years, energy saving, environmental protection request, the production technology and management way already can’t satisfy the needs of the real estate development for cost and quality control. BIM through integration, the total project life cycle information storage, for project of different participants with timeliness and accuracy of information provided, between the stages of real estate development to realize the seamless connection, the data is effectively improve the quality of real estate enterprise’s management level and development projects, one of the important way to reduce the production cost.BIM participants and users throughout the industry, promote the development of the whole industry, enormous influence. But the application of BIM technology in our country real estate industry is quite unbalanced development and promotion. Literature and case analysis, this paper sums up the characteristics of BIM and real estate enterprises in our country the present situation of the application of BIM. Think the real estate industry is still in the early of BIM application in our country, not a very good considering the domestic environment and industry status quo and straight into the foreign technology, led to the phenomenon of" not conform to the use environment". This paper analyzes the application of BIM technology will benefit for all parties involved in construction, sums up the existing in our country real estate enterprise management mode and its advantages and disadvantages and add the BIM technology management into the existing management mode. Based on the existing building software market environment creative BIM software collaborative application point of view is put forward. Through case analysis and literature induction proposed our country real estate industry ideal BIM development path. Paper finally elaborates the BIM technology application in the real estate industry in our country will face the obstacles and put forward the improvement proposal.Through this study, it is concluded that the advantages of the application of BIM technology in the domestic real estate development, at present the use of barriers and limitations. Hope that through the application of BIM technology, can promote the real estate industry in our country and the international community, realize the big data applications, in order to promote China’s economic growth, achieve the objectives of the wisdom urban construction.
