As population growth,industrial development of the social demand,electricity consumption per capita will be bigger and bigger,and the current domestic electricity 80%is thermal power,in the foreseeable future,the country will face great challenge task,environmental protection energy conservation and emissions reduction plan,in order to adapt to these challenges,countries to develop a series of new energy,including nuclear power compared with thermal power cleaner,compared to hydropower,wind power,photovoltaic and other clean energy has advantages of no intermittent,less affected by natural conditions,making nuclear power will have important position in China's energy structure adjustment.In order to ensure the safety production,the plant can the national nuclear safety administration formulated a series of laws and regulations specify nuclear power operation unit have full responsibility for the safe operation of the plant,to ensure adequate supervision activities.By the nuclear safety monitoring requirements,this paper expounds the whole life cycle of the plant deformation monitoring theory,at the same time introduced the nuclear deformation monitoring management system design and implementation of the whole process and the concrete application system.According to the nuclear power plant safety monitoring requirements,first of all,this paper expounds the whole life cycle of the plant deformation monitoring system,according to the characteristics of plant each module and the related theory in whole life cycle,for the first time in the field of nuclear power system fully determined the whole life cycle of the plant boundary,listing,time node deformation monitoring,the monitoring method,the cycle,the accuracy of such aspects as the corresponding monitoring plan,the plant deformation monitoring is of great significance.And then introduces the open source framework of WebGIS technology,WebGL map engine,from the user scope,requirements,this paper introduces the system background of deformation monitoring of nuclear power plant within the whole life cycle to analyze workflow,and to monitor the task for the driver,monitoring object as the carrier,as the core,the data for internal professional management personnel,professional monitoring of nuclear power,ordinary staff three user groups,the long period monitoring task set,distribution,implementation,supervision and evaluation,involved in the process of data management,statistical analysis of objects and attributes,from the system overall design,requirements,abstract,logical architecture,system environment,the technical route on internal framework,this paper introduces the system according to the special requirements of the plant divides the system user management,equipment management,monitoring objects,task management,data management,system Settings module.The article then shows the system based on WebGIS,Cesium framework to realize the system function and practical application,the system realized for the first time in the field of nuclear power for automatic routing management deformation monitoring work.Finally in this paper,the whole life cycle of the plant deformation monitoring management system is summarized and prospect.
