Study On The Aging Design Of Residential Environment In Xi'an Suburban Rural Community Under The Mode Of Home-based Care

The living environment is a space for human life and production.As China's aging process is intensifying,the core issues to be studied in its construction and optimization process are to improve the living environment of the elderly and strengthen the aging design.In particular,the surge in empty nesters in rural areas has made the problem of old-age care in rural areas increasingly prominent.Under the constraints of the economy,management system and concept,the rural environment often neglects the physical and mental needs of the elderly and provides a good old-age environment for the elderly.Rural elderly are also more inclined to spend the rest of their lives in a familiar environment.This “demand-oriented” choice makes home-based care a major trend in rural pensions.In addition,with the emphasis on rural construction and the advocacy of the concept of aging in recent years,people have begun to pay attention to the living environment of rural elderly.This paper uses the multi-disciplinary research method to take Xi'an suburbs as the research area,and takes the appropriate aging design of the living environment as the research object.Based on the concept of home-based pension,the Xi'an suburban rural community living environment evaluation system is constructed.The rural elderly people's analysis of the needs and influencing factors of home-based care for the elderly,and strive to meet the elderly's demands for old-age care in the familiar environment,while improving the current situation of the rural community's current living environment lack of suitable aging design.In this regard,the paper is divided into six chapters.First of all,the research direction of this paper is established by studying the status quo of China's aging and the problems of rural pension.Then,through the relevant theoretical basic research at home and abroad,the author analyzes the interactive relationship between rural old-age model,living environment and suitable aging design,and demonstrates the feasibility of rural home-based care for the elderly.Third,through on-the-spot investigation of the needs of the elderly and the current situation of the living environment,it reflects the insufficiency and room for improvement of Xi'an suburban villages in the construction of residential environment.Fourthly,according to the needs of the elderly and the factors affecting the home-based care,the evaluation system of the aging environment is constructed,and the weights of each indicator layer are determinedto clarify the key points and principles of the aging design of the living environment.Fifthly,combined with the evaluation system studied in the previous article,the methods for designing the aging environment of rural communities are elaborated from the macro-planning,architectural space layout,interior and exterior environment of buildings and the indicators of supporting facilities for old-age services.Finally,through the typical suburban village case in Xi'an,it is analyzed how to better build the living environment of rural communities under the current trend of suburban tourism-type villages,in order to create a good old-age environment for the elderly.Through research,Xi'an suburban rural home care model can rely on good location advantages,use the natural environmental resources of the suburbs,combine the trend of rural tourism to develop urban leisure agriculture,cooperate with the construction of high-standard agricultural parks to enhance the value of land,through environmental construction.And the integration of resources and reverse the promotion of rural economic benefits,thus creating a good development environment for rural home care.The research results of this paper can also provide theoretical and reference for improving the living environment of the elderly in rural areas under the model of “home-based care for the aged”,and build an evaluation system that can meet the living environment indicators of the elderly in the original residence.It is expected that the influencing factor system of home pension and the principles and methods of aging design in residential environment can provide certain theoretical basis and strategic guidance for improving the living quality of the elderly.The construction of residential environment in rural areas and similar areas in Ancheng provides a certain reference,and attracts more people to participate in the study of old-age problems and architectural design in rural areas,and encourage more social resources to support rural construction.
