Nuclear power is a highly efficient clean energy, Compared with the water electricity, wind power, photovoltaic and other forms of energy, nuclear power can generate electricity sustainability, is not disturbed by season. So under the background of environmental protection and energy supplies tensionly, nuclear power become a current our country to adjust energy structure, promote the development of low carbon economy important energy strategy. Not only that,under the nuclear diplomacy, as a representative of the high-end manufacturing,nuclear power is also the emerging force of the development of foreign trade in our country. Due to a serious nuclear accident at Japan's fukushima nuclear plant,caused the human to review and think about the safety of nuclear power plant, the fukushima accident painful lessons to other plant response to the superposition of multiple natural disasters ability test is proposed. Under the station blackout caused by the superposition of multiple natural disasters, feed water pump, safety injection pump and the main auxiliary feed water pump will not work, result in they can't effective export reactor core and spent fuel pool residual heat, reactor and spent fuel pool temperature continues to rise, endanger the reactor core and spent fuel security, so we should research about the emergency measures of filling water to the primary coolant circuit, secondary circuit and spent fuel pool.In response to similar to Japan's fukushima nuclear station blackout accidents caused by the superposition of multiple natural disasters, Tianwan nuclear power plant emergency filling water system is developed, the research purpose of the system is to establish a core and spent fuel pool cooling means under the serious accident condition(especially for the plant losing electricity), make sure you are able to have enough ability to put reactor and spent fuel in a safe state, alleviate the serious accident consequences. Due to the plant losing electricity, the existing system has been unable to start, to achieve this purpose, need to add getting water and filling water interface on the existing system, at the same time, increasing mobile emergency diesel pump and pipeline temporarily, connecting pump to the system through a pipeline, and realize emergency filling water function. Therefore,Tianwan nuclear power station carried out emergency filling water system research,choosed the optimal emergency getting water interface and filling water interface,to make the selection, purchasing, acceptance and application of new equipment what is pumps, valves and piping, and implementation of corresponding technical transformation.In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed system, carried out the simulation of the working condition of accident comprehensive emergency drill in the plant, verified by comprehensive emergency drill in the plant that research and development of tianwan nuclear power station is suitable for AES- 91 type unit power plant under the condition of emergency filling water is effective, The successful development of the emergency filling water system provides a strong guarantee to the harm of nuclear power station to deal with station blackout caused by multiple natural disasters superposition.
