Improve emergency preparedness and emergency response is of decisive significance to effectively alleviate the consequences of nuclear accidents.Nuclear Accident Consequence Assessment is an important basis for nuclear accident emergency response.Existing evaluation model uncertain consequences is too large. The radiation emergency monitoring data is is a result of multiple factors, such as Plume, surface deposition, surface contamination, background and so on.It is also affected by topography, plume shape, concentration and distribution of radioactive material form, and other specific measurements of radionuclide composition of environmental conditions. The law is complexity. This topic mainly studys the effect of terrain elevation on monitoring data.First, the paper analyzes the emergency monitoring tasks, projects and sources of data presented in the different stages of the nuclear accident radiation, and believe that in earlier nuclear accidents,? dose rate are most likely consequences for the evaluation, which is obtained by monitoring stations of the nuclear power plant;then based on specific information about a nuclear power plant monitoring stations, assume a typical monitoring stations around the terrain elevation model and determine its mathematical expression method;and then study the effect of terrain elevation of monitoring data;finally, the research results are verified by monitoring data of Fukushima.
