With the increase of China's rapid economic development and the demand for electrical energy, in order to achieve increasing power load requirements, the need to speed up the construction of power transmission engineering. China's regional electricity demand and geographical situation is different, leading to the construction of power transmission project, the actual situation of the complex, which leads to the risk of transmission project construction increases. Power substation construction project is an important part, is responsible for important functions electricity substation deployment, Substation quality, cost and schedule objectives achievement of affecting the entire project objectives. Substation projects often required huge amount of investment, long construction period, technically complex, difficult construction, a number of participants. If we do not control the risk factors, it will directly affect the progress of the project construction, and causing serious damage. The new substation construction techniques used in the process, new materials and construction methods to increase the substation construction during unforeseen risk factors. Therefore, risk management substation is necessary.Risk management substation construction is the object of study, elaborated the theory of risk management project. Elaborate theory of project risks from the risk characteristics of the project, objectives, classification and so on. By identifying risk analysis, estimation and control of risk management to discuss the whole phase of the project; and introduced the project risk identification and analysis tools. This paper will analyze the risks factors which affecting North Field 110 kV substation construction. Construction of substation based on group decision-making methods of risk assessment G1 hierarchical structure, and the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation means of establishing a risk management effectiveness evaluation model 110 kV substation construction North Field. Finally, the analysis of its risk management results. Finally, based on the evaluation results propose targeted risk management measures.
