Research On Project Schedule Relay Chain Network Management Model

Project management has developed for decades,network analysis techniques are still the most widely used method.The existing network planning technique depends on certain assumptions,the process of refining does not reach the designated position,resource requirements is too rough,cannot adapt to the modern construction schedule management demand,resulting in project schedule management situation being not optimistic.This paper creatively puts forward a new management method of network planning in the process of construction,and the relay chain method was given.(1)In the traditional network schedule,it is assumed that the adjacent processes between the handover in a flash,namely "nodes" neither time-consuming nor consumption resource hypothesis for the limitation and inadaptability of modern project management,the paper constructs the project schedule relay chain network model to guide the actual project progress plan formulation.Based on the analysis of the properties of the work and the relay in the network planning,the concept and the duration function of the relay are given,and the influence of the inertia coefficient is added to the relay management.(2)For the deficiency of the traditional network progress,the research of the progress management based on relay link network is carried out.Specific work is as follows:1)First of all,based on research of the basic principle of the relay technology of “‘hand in’,‘ceive’,‘deliever’” mechanism,the relay point management model is built.And the key relay point management model based on TOC is put forward.2)In the process of dynamic monitoring of construction progress,the progress deviation adjustment is carried out by means of mutual cooperation and resource allocation between tasks.The resource relay potential is defined.And the relay power is allocated on the basis of the remaining time of the operation and the current construction speed,which is based on the forward line inspection method.The resource allocation model of dynamic adjustment of construction schedule is constructed.(3)On the basis of the above(1)and(2)"management model",the corresponding management measures are studied,and an example is analyzed based on the theoretical model.The results show that the network planning method is feasible,and it provides a new method and idea for the project schedule management.
