Due to rapid development of computer technology and industrial controltechnology, the application of DCS system becomes more and more widely inindustrial process control. The content contained in DCS system has been graduallyexpanded, down deep into each measuring device, actuator located at site, up to theproduction management, enterprise management and all the other aspects ofenterprise.With the wide application of automation project and improvement of projectmanagement level, under the premise of ensuring the smooth implementation ofproject, how to effectively control the progress of project, as to reasonable control andmanagement of manpower, material and financial resources, achieve balance of costresources and benefit maximization, gradually becomes the focus of attention ofenterprises.Network planning technique is an effective tool for project planning and control,which is a very popular method for scientific plan management nowadays. It treats allthe works during the project implementation as an organic whole, thus fully andclearly reflects the relationship respect to mutual interacting and interdependent ofwork. It also can be use to find out the key point which affects project progress amongvarious work and complex plan, ease management staff concentrate to solve principalcontradiction during project implementation. It can provide a lot of informationfor project manager to strengthen the process management of the project.This paper is based on network planning techniques, through research and datacollection, and ultimately selects the traditional CPM and PERT technology as basicmodel, then starts the research respect to project schedule and resource controlmethod.Usesdifferent methods in the research of Optimizing the distribution ofresource.Through specific project application and analysis, it provides detailclarification and display for method mentioned above, and gains access to experiencesprincipal working procedure of DCS project schedule control, shortens the projectimplementation period, reduce the cost, provide management guide and reference to similar projects in future.
