With the rapid development of economy,the power demand is increasing with each passing day,and the power market has been in a high-speed development stage.The scale of thermal power units has jumped from 300 MW subcritical units to 1000 MW ultra-supercritical units.The primary task of power plant construction is early production,early generation and early income,so the project schedule management is particularly important for the construction of thermal power projects.How to make the project always controllable,high quality and high efficiency to complete the task on time has become a very concerned issue for both the investor and the construction side.Project schedule management is an important part of project management.Whether the project can be successful,whether the project can reasonably and effectively use project resources in the construction process,and whether the project can get as much profit as possible,etc.,all of these require good planning and management of the project schedule.Especially in the current market situation,although there are many project opportunities,there is also much competition,the project information and opportunities are fleeting,the project target and time limit are very clear,in the project progress of effective project schedule management is related to the project can successfully achieve the expected goal or even exceed the expected goal.Based on the status quo of the above industry,this paper analyzes and discusses the progress management of thermal power project.Through the project schedule management of related theory,the large thermal power project construction characteristics and the influence factors analysis,with CF cogeneration project as an example,the progress of the project plan,through to the project schedule planning and control and optimization in the process of project implementation,how to discuss the project schedule management can play a positive role in the thermal power project.Research on the basis of previous research,reviews the related project schedule management theory,the thermal power project construction schedule management problems are analyzed and summarized,formulated the CF cogeneration project schedule of the project,and has been applied in actual engineering and in a timely manner based on the control and optimization,through statistical analysis and the actual project,the following two conclusions:1.For large thermal power projects,it is necessary to use the project schedule management method before construction,combine with previous work experience,make the project schedule plan,and fully discuss the project schedule management plan.2.In the process of the project,timely control and optimization of the projectplan for problems can ensure the smooth implementation of the project schedule.Project schedule management plays a positive role in ensuring the orderly progress and timely completion of large thermal power projects,which is conducive to improving the project management efficiency.Based on the CF cogeneration project as an example,the study through literature review and practical operation,for example,the project schedule management method and the large thermal power projects organic combine,make the completion of projects have achieved good results,thermal power class project progress management to provide the reference for the future and the direction,has certain guiding significance.
