There is an enterprise which takes on the maintenance-task of military and civilian helicopters and accessory products, but the enterprise usually cannot finish tasks on time, thus affects the normal use of the helicopters. One of the important factors which directly affects the delivery schedule is particularly that the slow maintenance-schedule of the hydraulic booster. Therefore, under the premise of guaranteeing the quality and the cost of maintenance-products, how to improve the maintenance-efficiency of hydraulic booster helicopters and ensure to finish the tasks on time, it has become an important issue to deal with the growing amount of tasks and how to plan the healthy development of the enterprise, which is urgently needed to solve.This paper makes a detailed analysis and research through the aspects of the organization, management status and the hydraulic booster repair process of the A enterprise. Some obvious problems that exist in the progress control are: Traditional function type organizational structure can’t meet the need of agile rapid maintenance business, the progress of the lack of scientific system planning method, and lack of key maintenance personnel. Thus, this paper puts forward concrete maintenance tasks as a project, around the maintenance task adjustment of enterprise organization structure, project schedule management method is applied to make maintenance schedule, and to coordinate the allocation and use of key maintenance personnel, to improve the level of the hydraulic booster maintenance schedule management purposes, achieve the goal of satisfy user needs. The paper takes a situation of the long repair cycle of the hydraulic booster in 2015 as an example the enterprise sets up a leading group for the implementation of the project, which mainly takes a response for the coordination and communication between the relevant functional departments of the enterprise and the specific management of the project. In the whole process of the maintenance of the hydraulic booster, to breakdown work in the concrete use of the WBS, to estimate the working hours by the critical chain method, the purpose of improving the maintenance activities, and application progress of network plan project schedule management theory and methods, such as to develop a more reasonable scientific project schedule, and thus reasonable allocate human resource maintenance. Through the application of the above methods, it has verified the effectiveness of the method by using in the platform of certain types of hydraulic booster maintenance schedule management.In this paper, A enterprise maintenance schedule control mode of project management of the hydraulic booster, has ensured the maintenance of the hydraulic booster type progress and improved the level of the production management, what’s more, has a certain guidance and reference significance to other aviation products, even the whole machine maintenance schedule management.
