Through the jiaozhou haizhuang traction station transmission project schedule management case study, in view of the transmission characteristics of construction projects, using the work breakdown structure (WBS) and network plan technology tools, using the Critical Path Method (CPM) to determine the critical path, and then work out a plan for the project schedule. Using the schedule control theory, set up suitable control system. In the process of project implementation, check tracking, found the progress deviation, analysis of deviation and adjustment measures, to ensure the normal implementation of the project schedule. Eventually make the project completed in accordance with the provisions of the contract date.Transmission project construction process is specification, project key line work time limit is fixed. Main body engineering mainly divided into the foundation, tower, wiring, attachment to four big engineering stage, using WBS decomposition in 6 categories,19 itemized breakdown task. Making the work breakdown structure, and further form the task table, establishing responsibility assignment matrix table. According to the transmission project construction process and similar engineering history data to determine the job successively relationship and time estimates. In practice to verify the results of theory analysis, summed up the applies to such projects of application development and innovation of technology tools. Apply to the future transmission project construction schedule management reference system, and promote its progress management standardized, scientific, to adapt to the industry characteristics of electric power construction, improving construction project progress management level.
