In recent years, China’s been investing in the construction of affordable housing in order to ease the living problems of low-income groups in the process of urbanization. As public rental housing has protection forms, policy benefits and a wider range of advantages, it is believed that in the future investment will continue following to the construction and financing of housing and other forms of exploration. Because the public rental housing are required to experience different use of residential cycle and inherit long-term quality characteristics, it is necessary to optimize and improve the need for the design of residential space and system.During this period, supports to the public rental housing construction and has been carried out with a series of practice. In the process of building and developing, in terms of the policy level, the state vigorously promotes the green and sustainable construction mode of public rental housing, and launches a series of studies.
