Strategy Research On Nanjing Public Rental Housing Design Based On Youth Group

In the traditional view of the Chinese people,housing is a necessary condition to provide a stable life.At the same time,it is also an important livelihood issue.Since the reform and opening up in1978,economic development has boosted population mobility and stimulated the rise of the real estate industry.Under the stimulation of housing demand,housing prices continue to rise,which brings great pressure to the contemporary people to purchase housing.For this reason,more and more people begin to rent a house to solve the housing problem.As an important part of the rental housing system,public rental housing plays a vital role in solving the housing problems of lowincome people in cities.Nowadays,with the change of population structure,young people have become the main force of the rental market.Their high education,high-quality educational background and high-quality life pursuit promote the development of public rental housing design towards high quality.Based on the public rental housing system in Nanjing,this article implements the "people-oriented" design concept,and studies the public services and residential space design strategies of Nanjing public rental housing under the youth group.Firstly,it investigates the characteristics and renting habits of young people in view of the problems such as incomplete supporting facilities and uncomfortable indoor living in public rental housing.and summarizes their public space demand and residential space demand.Secondly,combined with young people demands for public housing with the national related standards,Nanjing judge,it comparisons and analysis Nanjing public housing case in recent years,such as Ding Jiazhuang A28 plot,Xingzhuang talents apartment,etc.and have an overview of the Nanjing public housing.Finally,combined with the needs of the youth,analyze the deficiencies and advantages of the case design,explore improvement measures,integrate and extract the design strategies about the needs of youth groups,so as to improve the public rental housing system in Nanjing and promote the further development of public rental housing.The whole thesis contains about 54942 words,79 pictures and charts.
