In recent years, with the strategies, such as "circular economy", "construction of ecological civilization" and so on, penetrating into various aspects of construction industry, promoting the change of construction industry from the type of traditional high consumption, high pollution into the model of green ecological development has become imperative. Construction stage, as the materialization process in all-life-circle of buildings, is the important stage in the formation of green building, therefore, carrying out green construction comprehensively is a necessary step, and the step is also pivotal. Residential building hold a high proportion in the city construction project, so applying the concept of green construction into construction of residential building is imperative. The purpose in this article is evaluating and researching residential building project in the process of carrying out green construction, and in order to put forward reasonable proposal for boosting the green construction of residential building and promote the development and implementation of green construction, we are able to make saving resources, protecting environment, and mutual development of economic development and environmental protection come true.Firstly, the passage, comprehensively, illustrates research status, domestically and internationally, in the aspect of present green construction and evaluation standard, then comparing and analyzing it and reviewing relevant research conclusions. Moreover it has expounded content, attributes and characteristics in t our country's green construction, and combining residential building's content and characteristics, in order to regard it as the theory and basis in the research. According to the state-of-the-art of green construction in present China and referring to abroad relevant evaluation standard and relatively mature single or complex residential engineering progeny in China, and then establishing the evaluation index system of green construction of residential building including five factors of management, resources, ecological environment, technology and economy, eventually, qualifying the evaluation standard of all kinds of indexes comprehensively and systematically. Applying the combination of qualitative and quantitative and the method of combining theory research and instance analysis, to establish requirements and contents, which conform to the current green construction, and build evaluation index system of green construction of residential building properly.Secondly, in terms of evaluation index system of green construction of residential building we have established, by comparing and analyzing common evaluation method, choosing and applying the method of combining fuzzy mathematics and matter-element analysis to establish the evaluation model of fuzzy matter-element of green construction. Meanwhile, in order to avoid the inaccurate and unreasonable defects of weight definition(which are brought by the single weighting method) and the characteristics(which is possessed by evaluation index of green construction) of fuzzification, system, diversity and so on. The researchers should choose the combination weighting method combined by analysis hierarchy process of triangular fuzzy numbers and entropy method.Consequently, the article takes Wanda Square in Shengyang as an example to evaluate and research the green construction of residential building, and it uses principal factor analysis to analyze the factors, which is importantly affecting green construction level of residential building. And in terms of it, the researchers could put forward the measures and suggestions of improving green construction level.The research content in this passage is exploratory, and the purpose of it is enriching content and evaluation standard of green construction of residential building in China. Moreover, the article provides theoretical support for the green construction of residential building carried out by government supervision and construction unit, and it also provides a new thought of the evaluation of green construction of residential building for our country.
