Abstract/Summary:
Green building has become the mainstream development of constructionindustry,and the research of green architecture has become a key point of relatedindustry experts and scholars.Among them,the scholars research focuses on theevaluation standard of green building,incremental cost-effectiveness,the whole lifecycle economy.This article through to in-depth analysis the domestic and foreigngreen building assessment system and research literature,studying green buildingcost identified as the starting point,combing quantitative and qualitative analysis,as argument of green building technology input costs is low,eliminate themisunderstanding of green architecture cost is high,and try build a green buildingincremental cost valuation research model,to perfect the research target of greenbuilding evaluation standard index quantitative.This paper to achieve the research target,through the cost structure of greenarchitecture analysis,green residential construction cost data analysis,building agreen building incremental cost evaluation research model etc., obtain thefollowing main conclusions:(1) In the cost of green building,the not of green building part accounted formore than88%,energy saving0.7%,water saving0.92%,material saving10%,land saving0.09%.All green technology costs account for only about11%of thetotal cost.Proved that green buildings are not high cost.(2) The relative weight of green building "four-saving" cost are:energy saving6.51%,water saving8.37%,material saving84.29%,land saving0.83%.Provedthat green building materials cost is the most part of green technology cost.Greenbuilding materials are the key development direction of green building technologyin the future.(3) Establish a green residential building incremental cost valuation researchmodel,using the green residential construction cost data research conclusion asmodel weights parameters and target change,to divided the green building into: not of green building,one-star green building,two-star green building,three-stargreen building four levels,and use the Hubei region real case to prove thefeasibility of the model.Achieve the change of green building evaluation indexfrom quantitative to qualitative analysis....
