| Under the positive situation in my country’s green construction industry,in 2018,the Ministry of Housing and Construction was revised again on the 2014 "Green Building Evaluation Standard".With the formal promulgation and implementation of the new version of "Green Building Evaluation Standards",building energy-saving design transformation will be more concerned,and the passive strategy is one of the important means of building energy conservation.However,in the purpose of rating,the blind control standards participate in the industry’s industry in green buildings.In this context,the type of building that the residential building is huge,the energy consumption is much more energy,and the imperfect building type of energy-saving design should be concerned.Therefore,in the case of "Green Building Evaluation Criteria",the passive strategy applies to the sole hot and cold geographical climate,and through the investigation of the green residential buildings in Suzhou area,summarize the universal practical energy-saving technologies in the stage,and proposes the future The passive strategy of increasing and optimizing is the research value of the topic.This article conducts field investigation in Suzhou region,combined with the requirements of passive design in the hot winter-cold area,analyzes the current stages of the planning and design of the residential building,and find the problem to find the entry point for subsequent strategies.According to the theoretical framework of the new "Green Building Evaluation Standard",through the interpretation and carding of this standard,the relevant passive strategies are mainly analyzed from the perspective of health and comfort,resource saving,and environmentally lifetime,combined with geographical climate characteristics,The passive technology in the hot winter-cold area is natural ventilation,natural lighting design,venue green design,sunshade design,enclosure structure,insulation design,passive solar utilization design,new wind and heat recovery design,recyclable material design,etc..Using Energy Consumption Simulation Software DEST and Climate Analysis Software Weather Tool Analyze the main influencing factors of residential building heating and total cooling energy consumption: wall and window thermal performance,shading coefficient,window wall ratio.Through a large number of instance analysis,the feasibility of the strategy is verified,and the area of the more generally mature residential passport energy-saving technology has enabled structural insulation design and sunshade design.I hope that the future can be more concerned about solar utilization,new wind recycling design.,Recyclable material design and ventricular strategies such as site ecological planning.The final formation system and adaptive passive design strategy,is hosted to provide a certain reference and reference value for passive energy-saving design practices related to residential buildings. |
