At present, our country has been accelerating the pace of urbanization. The promotion of urbanization is bound to make great efforts to provide the necessary buildings for production and life. This will result in a large amount of energy and resources, resulting in an increasing negative impact on the ecological environment. In order to actively respond to the call for energy conservation and emission reduction in China, the promotion of prefabricated buildings is an inevitable trend in the construction industry. The key to achieving deep integration of assembly-integrated buildings and green construction,as well as the key content of promoting green building products,is to evaluate the effects of prefabricated buildings. However, the results of the green construction level of the prefabricated building in China are still relatively limited. The green construction evaluation system of the prefabricated building rarely involves the part of the assembled green construction, and lacks the scientific standard and specific example verification to measure the green construction level of the prefabricated building.Based on the above considerations, this paper starts with the actual case of Shenyang Lishui New City Phase ? project and conducts case demonstration. The specific contents are as follows. This paper first introduces the background of the topic, the purpose of the research and the literature review at home and abroad. This paper expounds the relevant theories of the research on the evaluation of the green construction evaluation system of the integrated building, mainly introduces the green construction theory and the assembly integral architecture theory. After understanding the basic theory, the paper analyzes the characteristics of the prefabricated building construction and the differences between the assembled monolithic building and the traditional building. At the same time, the evaluation methods used in this paper are introduced. In order to enable the green construction evaluation utility to be realized, the article has established an integrated construction green construction evaluation index system. The rationality and scientificity of the system construction directly affect the results of the comprehensive evaluation of the final actual case.Analyze the content and requirements of the green construction of the integrated building, and summarize the components of the green construction of the integrated building. The evaluation index of the suitable assembly-integrated green construction is different from the traditional building evaluation index, and the scientific construction method is used to innovate the index framework system for assembling the overall construction green construction evaluation. On this basis, the evaluation indicators are initially defined and the weights of the indicators are determined.Compare the advantages and disadvantages of several common evaluation methods, and select the evaluation method suitable for this evaluation system.Establish a fuzzy matter element model for the green construction of the assembled monolithic building. Finally,a case study of the third phase project of Lishui New Town in Shenyang City was carried out, which was comprehensively elaborated from four aspects:green management, resource intensive, ecological environment and construction technology elements. The purpose of this paper is to construct a set of index system that is different from the traditional construction green construction evaluation, and has a universal evaluation of the overall construction green construction evaluation.Expand the theoretical research boundary of the assembled monolithic building, and provide a certain theoretical basis and practical reference for the subsequent evaluation of the overall construction green construction evaluation.
