Research On The Framework Of Green Building Construction And Operation Evaluation With Rich Cultural Elements

Abstract/Summary:
Since the early 1990 s,the green building evaluation system has been continuously developed in different countries and regions around the world.In 2006,China proposed the <Green Building Evaluation Standard >(GB/T 50378-2006),which was revised and formed a more complete <Green Building Evaluation Standard>(GB/T 50378-2014).But there are still problems that focus on performance,ignore the cultural heritage,pay attention to static evaluation,and ignore dynamic changes.In the context,the paper proposes to use the contextual elements as the starting point,through literature research,questionnaire surveys,interviews,field visits,summary summaries,spss analysis Ahp and other methods,to build a "green building evaluation standard" with rich cultural elements.Conduct research on issues related to operational evaluation.The paper takes the economically developed areas of the Yangtze River Delta as the research scope.It is hoped that the relevant research results will not only have certain value in the value evaluation of the cultural elements in the general methodological level,but also can provide specific reference and reference for the green building evaluation indicators with rich cultural elements.The research content and path of the thesis are as follows:Firstly,it summarizes the evaluation framework,evaluation methods,evaluation methods of green building evaluation system at home and abroad,and compares the applicability of cultural,social factors and contextual elements.Refining the green building evaluation framework based on the national “Green Standard” with rich cultural elements.Secondly,according to the literature data,the elements of the context are sorted out,and the importance of each element is investigated by questionnaires.The more important context elements are selected and the corresponding information tables and indicator quantization tables are produced.At the same time,combined with case analysis,the construction technology and operation mode of modern buildings with rich cultural elements in China are analyzed.Thirdly,taking the economically developed cities of the Yangtze River Delta as the research object,through the literature research and field research(including questionnaire survey,expert group discussion,case study,field trip),the regional characteristics are extracted from the three levels of city,block and architecture.,blockoperation,construction and construction technology,and quantitative statistics of contextual elements,a questionnaire survey of subjective and strong contextual content.On this basis,the correlation analysis between the two is carried out,and the basis of the contextual elements and the applicability of green building construction and operation is given.For each section of the “Green Building Evaluation Standards”(GB/T50378-2014),technical measures for building construction with rich cultural elements are proposed,and provisions with rich cultural indicators are added.Then according to the expert scoring and analytic hierarchy process,the weight reference of the supplementary indicator is given.Fifthly,it analyzes the operational evaluation in the "Green Building Evaluation Standards",and points out that there is a lack of investigation of social benefits in the relevant framework,and proposes an investigation of the indicators of the contextual elements,and supplements the provisions of the indicators.Combined with the national "green standard" and expert scores,the weight reference is given to its supplementary index score.The main research results of the thesis include: 1)proposing a green building evaluation framework rich in contextual elements;2)screening very important cultural elements related to construction technology and operation management.3)Propose the relevance of the contextual elements and contextual perception of 8 types of construction and operation;4)For the construction technology in the “Green Building Evaluation Standards”(GB/T 50378-2014),it is proposed to amend Article 3 and add 10 indicators,and give weight reference to the supplementary indicators;5)For the "Green Building Evaluation Standards"(GB/T 50378-2014)operational evaluation,add 4indicators,give the corresponding weight reference.
