In recent years,national policies advocating digitalization and intelligence as an important driving force for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry have been continuously issued,aiming at vigorously developing the industrialization and intelligent construction of the construction industry and promoting the high-quality and sustainable development of the construction industry.Housing occupies a large proportion in the construction industry.The industrialization of housing is an important link to improve the high quality and sustainable development of China’s construction industry.However,China’s residential design and production mode is still relatively backward,for a long time there are problems such as informatization,low degree of industrialization,extensive design and production mode,excessive occupation of labor resources and serious waste of resources,and fail to give full play to the advantages of industrialized housing easy standardization and large-scale construction.As the front end of the whole life cycle of residential buildings,the design stage plays a decisive role in the control of the overall quality,cost and performance of residential buildings.At present,traditional CAD 2D or 3D technology is mostly used in the design stage,with serious information isolation,which cannot meet the dynamic analysis and design optimization in the design process,and the design standardization degree is low,which cannot meet the demand of large-scale industrial residential construction.Building Information Modeling(BIM),as an important carrier technology of Information integration management,can integrate and continuously transmit the data and Information of residential design and production process,and provide good technical support for index evaluation,cost estimation,performance analysis and other series of work in the design process.In this paper,the industrial housing as the research object,according to its characteristics and needs,research on BIM based industrial housing suitability technology strategy and design methods.First of all,through the housing industrialization and informationization construction,relevant policy research and industrialization of residential related case analysis and industry research in three sides facing the BIM technologies such as the industrialization of residential design analysis summarized the present situation of the application of the production process,in this paper,a system based on BIM technology industrialization of residential design method,namely the BIM integrated design method.Secondly,in view of the proposed design method,the technical strategy of this design method is researched and explored from three aspects,such as system internal integration technology,transfer technology between systems and secondary development.In addition,aiming at the problem of insufficient data utilization efficiency of BIM technology in industrial housing design process,two plug-ins,real-time statistical tool of housing indicators and local resource library of residential products,were developed based on Revit platform to improve the analysis ability and design efficiency of housing indicators in the design process.Thirdly,due to the differences between BIM and CAD traditional design mode and technical architecture,this paper systematically combs and explores the BIM integrated design method from the aspects of team organization structure,environment configuration and design process,and clarifies the preparatory work and design process of using this design method.Finally,the BIM integrated design method proposed in this study is applied to industrial residential projects to verify.Through research and application verification,it is shown that the application of BIM integrated design method in industrial housing design and the establishment of information model can improve the aggregation,linkage and sustainable utilization of data information.In the design process,the standard floor model design efficiency,visual control,building performance analysis,quantitative indicators support design decision-making and optimization capabilities have been greatly improved.The research results of this topic can provide new ideas,methods and technical tools for industrialized housing design,and have certain theoretical significance and practical value for promoting the development of residential industrialization and improving the efficiency and quality of residential design stage.
