The Research On Quality Management System Of Engineering Project Design For JK Company

The quality of the engineering survey and design is directly related to the benefit of economic,society, environment, as well as people's lives and property safety.Investigation and design organization are mainly responsible for quality.The item who survey and design must take the responsibility for it, which is clearly stipulated in the Regulation on the Quality Management of Construction Projects promulgated by the State Counci.And also be generally accepted,So, survey and design units requires to set up a perfect quality management system for improving its effectiveness continuously, and continuously enhancing the ability to meet the requirements of engineering construction quality.Take JK for example, the SWOT analysis and 5M1 E factors analysis was used to analyze the characteristics of engineering projects and the problems about quality management of JK company, and explain the necessity of establishing the project quality management system in the company,the current internal main problems of the engineering survey and design quality issues is listed and the reasons is analyzed, the mode of the survey and design of project quality management system to establish was put forward, quality policies was determined, provided survey and design quality guarantee for JK from the following three aspects,the quality management system construction,operation application and quality assessment. In view of the factors that influence the quality,based on the PDCA(Plan,Do,Check,Adjust) recycling principle,three engineering project quality control phases(before-hand control, intermediate control and afterwards control) principle and the project quality control principle about three aspects(total quality control, whole process quality control and whole participation in quality control), the process method of ISO9000 standard was used to put forward the design and plan process quality control scheme mainly expatiating the compilation of quality plan. Taking an actual project as an example, in order to ensure the quality and provide guidance for survey and design project quality management,the project management mode of quality was applied and analyzed, the theory and method of the theory of project quality management which was from the theory of modern project management was used.,discuss how to set up quality control points about the important control object, key parts and weak link affecting of the quality of survey and design and make the quality control.
