At present,China's economy has shifted from the stage of high-speed increase to the stage of high-quality development,and is in the critical period of the transformation of development mode.Based on the fact that engineering survey is an important part of engineering construction in our country,the quality of engineering survey is related to the whole engineering quality.In addition,the engineering survey work with certain uncertainty and irreversibility determines that its quality is affected by many factors like great changes in rock and soil,great fluctuation,short-term process and difficult inspection.At the same time,in the context of rapid growth of information technology,It is extremely urgent to integrate information technology with quality management of engineering survey,fully apply the theory of total quality management into quality management of engineering survey,effectively promote information management of engineering survey quality,so as to explore the construction,operation and empirical analysis of information management system of engineering survey quality.First of all,the current situation and problems of engineering investigation quality information management are studied.This paper analyzes the basic situation of the information management of engineering investigation quality from two aspects of enterprise management and government management,analyzes the main problems and causes of the information management of engineering investigation quality from three aspects of the application,system and efficiency of the information management,and puts forward the solutions to the problems through the construction and operation of engineering investigation quality information management system.Secondly,the information management system of engineering investigation quality is constructed.Based on the theory of total quality management,this paper puts forward the construction of information management system of engineering survey quality,which consists of information standard of engineering survey quality,information management platform of engineering survey quality and geological database of Engineering survey.This paper sorts out and analyses the relevant enterprises,personnel,contents,management links,main work responsibilities and key points of information management in various links of Engineering Survey.Six types of relevant enterprises and ten types of relevant personnel information collection standards,four stages of project quality information collection standards and five aspects of project survey quality management,and four links of format standards and storage standards of engineering survey results have been studied and formulated to clarify the data format,data standard and data collection standard of Geotechnical Investigation.Using information technology such as block chain,big data and cloud computing,this paper discusses the main objectives,basic principles,overall design,and the analysis of demand,procedure and function of information management system,analyzes the system structure,techniques and methods,development tools,database environment,operation environment,information transmission,and system construction.Combined with the diversity and particularity of engineering survey address information data,this paper analyses the model construction strategy based on multi-data and multi-methods integration,and probes into the application of C/S mode,B/S mode and Sky Line 6.5platform software to develop engineering survey geological information database,and confirmed the validity of the construction of information management system for engineering survey quality from information standard,information management platform and geological data center.Thirdly,it explores the operation of engineering investigation quality information management system.This paper analyses how to implement the information standard of engineering survey quality,how to effectively operate the management platform of engineering survey project and how to play the role of geological information database of engineering survey.This paper analyzes the system operation organization structure,operation process,operation mechanism,etc.,and puts forward the guarantee measures for the operation of engineering investigation quality information management system.This paper studies the supervision subject,responsibility subject and operation object of the system operation,analyzes the organizational structure and model framework of the system operation,studies and judges that the quality information data of engineering investigation mainly comes from the stages of field exploration,test and test,data sorting,report preparation,audit and examination,studies and analyzes the operation mechanism of "field witness of engineering investigation",solves the problem of data and lack of long-term guarantee mechanism for information collection.This paper combs the main work and work results of all stages of engineering investigation,sets up "field application collection","witness registration collection","test report title page printing collection","investigation report online review collection" and other data collection links,and confirmed the effectiveness of the operation of engineering investigation quality information management system from the aspects of organizational structure,operation process,operation mechanism.Fourth,the paper analyzes the demonstration of engineering investigation quality information management system.Taking Chongqing as an example,this paper constructs the information management system of engineering investigation quality in Chongqing,analyzes the operation of the information management system of engineering investigation quality in Chongqing.This paper analyzes the practice of engineering geological information management in Chongqing through the actual engineering cases of geological data collection,engineering geological site selection,engineering geological corridor line,etc.This paper collects the basic data of all the survey enterprises,personnel and projects in the city,collects the basic data of four links:survey field declaration,survey field witness registration,survey test report printing,survey report online inspection,and collects the basic data of information management,such as the number of supervision projects,the number and proportion of spot checks,the number and survey of illegal projects,enterprises,personnel,and the situation of notification,analyzes the composition,qualification and category of 589 survey enterprises in 6 categories,the development status of the industry and the comparison between inside and outside of the city,analyzes the composition,age structure,male-to-male ratio,number of registrations,professional title relationship,professional proportion,professional collocation,length of service and comparison between inside and outside the city of 15062 survey personnel in the city,which have basically changed the situation of "unable to supervise" the quality of engineering prospecting,the anticipated purpose of dynamic spot checking,management and control is carried out,and the development trend of the survey quality and the whole city's engineering survey industry is analyzed.Empirical results have been confirmed in the organization and survey of Shanghai and other provinces and cities from the Department of Quality and Safety of the Ministry of Housing and Construction,the special assessment of branch of the China Exploration Association,and the social comprehensive evaluation and other major experts,thus verifying the effectiveness of the engineering investigation quality information management system.
