Frequent gas leakage, low pressure, unstable pressure and even the explosion and other issues, which sounded the alarm of safe production and safe operation of the gas industry. The quality of gas pipe network has seriously affected the daily life of gas users, It seriously affects the daily operation of the gas industry, which not only brought tremendous pressure to the quality management of gas pipeline network, but also brought inconvenience to the user's daily use of gas,It brings great challenge to the daily routine inspection and maintenance of the city pipeline gas operation, So it is necessary to establish emergency management system and improve the operation management system and facilities. To improve the operational efficiency and quality of gas pipeline network is a problem that must be solved in the quality management of gas pipeline, which is the most basic channels and measures to the user's requirement.This thesis aims to analyze the quality management of gas pipeline network in Changsha with Baldrige theory. We tried the application of visualization techniques in the operation and management of gas pipeline. We want to ensure the integration of map real time management, data entry, pipe network management, network maintenance, accident treatment, pipe network design, operation and maintenance, operation and maintenance and monitoring by using the network and automation technology. These research results can provide effective theoretical basis and practical reference for the quality management of gas pipeline network.
