Research On The Optimization Of Quality Management System Of Lantian Jiayuan District Heating Pipe Network Project

As an important livelihood engineering industry in the north,central heating industry has been paid more and more attention by the people and all walks of life.The quality of heating network engineering is related to the safety and stability of heating operation in winter.As a kind of technology in the construction of heating pipe network,direct laying is widely used because of its convenience and economy,but because the pipe network is laid underground for a long time,affected by construction quality,pipe quality,laying environment and so on,the heating pipeline will be corroded in different degrees,which will cause leakage in serious cases,resulting in heat stoppage and bad social effects.It is of great significance to supervise and optimize the quality management of heating network engineering.In this paper,an optimization study on the project quality management system is carried out in the case of the heat supply network project of the Lantian Jiayuan district.This paper first introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research,and then analyzes the present research situation at home and abroad,provides a train of thought and theoretical support for this study,and then puts forward the research contents,research methods and technical route of this paper.On this basis,the general situation of the project is briefly described,the present situation of the project is analyzed from the aspects of organization,target and process,and the problems existing in the current stage of the project quality management system are found out,and the causes of the problems are analyzed through the source point of the problem.This is the starting point of the optimization design of quality management system.Then the quality management system of the project is optimized under the guidance of the problem,and the optimization scheme design idea and design principle are put forward,and the optimization is carried out from five directions: the goal,system,organization responsibility,training and supervision management of the project quality management.Finally,the optimization effect of engineering quality management system is evaluated and the implementation guarantee of engineering quality management is pointed out.The research on the optimization of quality management system of heating network project in Lantianjiayuan district,on the one hand,improve the construction quality of this project,in addition,it is of great significance to improve the quality management system level of the pipe network project in heating industry and other industries,help the construction enterprises to locate the quality goal,improve the rationality of the scheme and improve the construction quality of the project.
