The Research On Design Strategy Of High-rise Residential Based On The Concept Of Environmental Adaptation

With the rapid advance of the urbanization process, the rapid expansion of urban population, the increasing supply of land. High rise residential use of intensive living space to solve the urban living space tension, and effectively improve the urban land use efficiency. Since the 1990s, high-rise in residential construction in the proportion is also getting higher and higher, the trend in China's large and medium-sized cities is particularly evident, high-rise residential has become urban population lives in the main dwelling pattern. However, with the improvement of people's living standard, people pay more and more attention to the environmental quality of residential area, and have a higher level of demand for the quality of the residential environment.In order to adapt to the environment on the high-rise residential design strategy based on the concept, research on the application of design strategies and methods in the high-rise residential area has the adaptability to environment. The main contents are as follows:1. The high-rise residential areas environment characteristics of research and combing, from hard environment and soft environment, the psychological characteristics of people and time dimension of environmental evolution in four aspects discusses high-rise residential district environmental characteristics.2 according to the environmental characteristics of high-rise residential area, screening and analysis of environmental friendly domestic and foreign outstanding cases, and summarized its environmental adaptability design methods and strategies;3 comprehensive characteristics of these outstanding cases, refine the environmental adaptability design principles of high-rise residential cooperatives;4 based on the design of the high level residential area in the east of Dalian, which is involved in the design and practice, using the above summary of the environmental adaptability design strategies and practices, and reflect on the shortcomings of the.Through the research of this paper, we summarize the strategy of the environmental adaptability design of high-rise residential area, and provide some guidance and reference for the design of the high residential area in theory and in practice.
