Along with the population increasing,the intensified contradiction between human and land become the crux of the urban development.The characteristics of high density,big volume rate of high-rise buildings can effectively alleviate the above problems,become main force of the new developments.The number of residents in high-rise residential areas increases several times than multi-storey buildings,and the increase of floors will lead to sound reflection increased.Therefore,how to create a comfortable and healthy outdoor acoustic environment for high-rise residential areas is an important problem to be solved.This article takes Harbin city typical high-rise residential area as the research object,combined with the objective test?subjective questionnaire and noise figure simulation,to optimize the high-rise residential outdoor sound environment for the purpose.The sound pressure level in the residential area is affected by the distance between measured point and road also with the measured time period,and in part of the time,the living noise is more noisy than the traffic noise.Respondents is the body of the high-rise residential sound environment research.Based on the questionnaire survey,this paper analyzed and found that the social characteristics and behavioral characteristics of the interviewees were correlated with the sound environment evaluation.Among them,the time of residence,the number of activity in the residence and the location of survey has an important impact on the source preference and the sound environmental evaluation.There is also a correlation between the evaluation of sound source volume and the evaluation of sound preference,the absolute value of correlation coefficient is between 0.1 and 0.4,indicating that the louder the volume of sound,the lower the rating.In addition,the study also found that landscaping and sanitation are correlated with sound environment evaluation,improve the green health environment will enhance people's perceptions of the acoustic environment.The evaluation of sound source preference also has mutual influence,and these factors are analyzed and expounded in this paper.Space is the carrier of sound transmission.On the basis of summarizing the survey results of high-rise residential areas,the spatial layout of existing high-rise residential areas is classified.Through the comparison of noise images simulated by Cadna/A software,it was found that the previous research conclusions could not be fully applied to all residential areas,that is,the higher the building enclosure,the better the acoustic environment in residential areas.Factors such as traffic environment,plane layout,spatial form and interface shape along the street influence the sound environment of residential area.And with the different traffic conditions,the relationship between the spatial layout of the living room and the sound environment is going to be different,and the factors are analyzed in this context.Finally,in order to effectively improve the outdoor acoustic environment of highrise residential areas,the optimal design strategy of acoustic environment is proposed.In the aspect of layout,respectively from the plane layout,space form and interface shape along street,the design strategies are put forward.In source control plane respectively puts forward the mode of inside and outside the reasonable control of noise and improves the quality of pavement and optimizing residential site layout,internal activity simulation found that change the position of the residential internal activity space,height and layout form interference can effectively reduce the noise of life into degrees.In the design of the acoustical landscape,the design of the green landscape,the courtyard landscape,the artificial sound device and the landscape pieces,to enrich the fun of the space,and create the sound of the natural habitat.It provide a reference basis for that optimal design of the outdoor acoustic environment of the high-rise area from three aspects: planning layout,noise control and sound design.Based on the actual situation of high-rise buildings in Harbin area,this paper discusses the optimal design of outdoor acoustic environment of high-rise residential areas from various angles,which will provide a new design idea for the improvement of acoustic environment of high-rise residential buildings in pursuit of sustainable development of buildings.
