With the rapid development of urbanization in our country, the contradiction between human and land has arisen, high-rise residential area has become the important solution to residential and urban land tensions. Sound environment, as an important component of the high-rise residential environment, is directly related to people’s sleep, study, work and social activities. The Chongqing municipal environmental noise pollution prevention measures (amendment) regulates that the commodity house sales must publicize "acoustic environment", this shows that the harm of noise has gradually aroused people’s concern, and fully embodies the importance of sound environmental control and design. How to control noise and build a good high-rise residential acoustic environment has become an urgent problem.Based on the analysis of sound environment on the basis of related research at home and abroad, this thesis tries to introduce the concept of the acoustic environment of high-rise residential area. First the author explains the concept of the acoustic environment, analyses the residential sound environment elements, elements with physics, semantic and aesthetic characteristics, and the sound environment evaluation method, thus for high-rise residential area present situation of acoustic environment study to lay the theoretical foundation.Investigation of high-level residential area present situation of acoustic environment is the basis of research of high-rise residential sound environment. Through selecting three typical high-rise residential area in Chongqing urban area: Huaxinjie, Ganlanjun and Haitangxiaoyue, Lots of acoustic subjective survey and environmental sound level objectives have been measured, combined with residential landscape construction and management and so on to Chongqing urban high-rise residential sound environment present situation has carried on the earnest analysis and research, including residents expect sound environment characteristic and the statistics and analysis of the sound source, by the objective measurement of sound level, and sound content, master the laws and characteristics of high-rise residential sound environment, and the change of the sound level of the residential street and inner court, finally combining the subjective survey and objective measurement, analyzes the main influencing factor of the high-rise residential sound environment.Based on the above research and survey, according to the acoustic environment design concept and ideas, this thesis puts forward optimization way to sound environment, that is, improving the high-rise residential area of the acoustic environment respectively from the residential area planning and layout, landscape design, control technology, and community management, the key point is to create a good living environment mainly from the angle of the landscape design of residential areas. With this idea the elimination of the passive sound, introduced the concept of positive sound, driving on road organizations, waterscape design, garden greening, place design, landscape sketch design, landscape elements and so on, combining with landscape planning and noise control technology to create a comfortable living area of acoustic environment.Finally, based on the research of the Chongqing main city high-rise residential acoustic environment, this thesis wish to bring more rich design elements and the new starting point for residential landscape design, with sound environment concept to grasp and understanding of residential area landscape, and make residential area landscape design strengthen the harmonious relation between people and the environment.
