The Research Of “a Net” Interconnected Collection For Guangdong Provincial Expressway

The traffic mileage of Guangdong Province expressway in 2014 has exceeded 6000 kilometers, ranking first in the total mileage of the whole country’s highway. With the increasing of the expressway network of Guangdong Province, the multiple nested ambiguous path has gradually emerged, and the situation of drivers evading phenomenon is becoming serious,which at the same time increase the difficulty of operation management.On the basis of exploring the operation management and related technologies about expressway, this paper has deeply analyzed the implementation process and operation process of “a net” interconnection charges of Guangdong Province expressway. Moreover, this paper analyzes a system scheme that is aimed to solve the problems of ambiguous path and antievasion, with the technology combining RFID tags, RFID cards, HD bayonet license plate recognition and 5.8GHz ETC free flow identification.This article firstly introduces the research situation of “a net” interconnection charges and path identification problem, and analyzes the whole idea of architecture of “a net” interconnection charges of Guangdong Province expressway, and describes the system composition and working principle of RFID radio frequency identification technology. At the same time, this paper introduces the composition of RFID path recognition system, and describes RFID path identification scheme used in guangdong and sichuan province in detail, and presents a new scheme to identify the path of ambiguity based on the dual-frequency card of the 5.8 GHz spectrum.And then this paper describes the overall scheme based on the automatic license plate recognition system of HD bayonet, and introduces research content, design idea, the function of scheme,the composition, the effect after implementation, and the existing problems of the recommendations based on HD bayonet license plate recognition. Through the research of HD bayonet license plate recognition system, this paper has a good understanding of the best effect for HD bayonet to set, and according to the investment and benefits of the existing construction to evaluate, this article provides the direction of highway operation management department.Then based on the existing management mode of the composite pass,this paper analyzes the existing problems, and provides the new allocation scheme of smart disguises card tool management system, and proposes scientific theory basis for highway operating composite card easy to use, fast counting, real-time tracking and reasonably allocate the elaborating management.Finally the paper studies application of the concrete implementation of “a net” interconnection charges of Guangdong Province expressway, evaluates and models economic benefit and social benefit of “a net” interconnection charges, and gives the solution of the problem during implementation and operation of “a net” interconnection charges.The “a net” interconnection charges of Guangdong Province expressway has already been finished, and this paper summaries up the advantages and disadvantages in the process of construction and operation. The methods, techniques and suggestions proposed in this paper will have an important significance of reference and promotion to solve the ambiguous path problem, anti-evasion problem and meticulous management of composite cards under the environment of interconnection charges for the expressway of other provinces in our country.
