With the formation of the national highway network, in order to give full play to highway fast, safe and efficient features, provinces and cities nationwide highway network has been achieved unified management fee. In recent years, the rapid development of highway construction, the existing interconnection charge system can not meet today's development needs, there are some urgent need to address the problem. Highway network in Henan Province, for example, with the road network continues to expand and subject of investment diversification, making charging mode in networking toll collection and split the problem has become complicated. Traffic flow increases, resulting in queues waiting to be paid aggravation of the problems, reducing the highway fast and efficient level of service. Henan Province Highway Network Based on the current charges the practical and technical conditions for interconnection to the existing billing system to optimize the design and application of RFID technology to establish an integrated management system for highway network to solve the multi-path traffic flow to identify and detect problems, build compatible ETC fees and charges combined IC card payment system, the system is based on a combination of ETC and MTC network combined highway toll collection system is compatible with the current semi-technical conditions and physical environment charges, the better to solve the electronic charges in the path identification problem, and networking convenient charging problems, promoting networking toll expressway in Henan Province intelligent development.
