Study On Hazards Evaluation Of Port Construction

In recent years, China' s port construction has developed a lot in both quantity and quality. The security issues of construction projects in the process of building are more prominent than before.In this thesis, the writer draws on the experience and research of Hazard Identification on domestic and overseas construction, as well as investigates and studies a lot on the offshore construction, to study the hazards identification methods on port's building. In the process of studying, the writer made the Hazard Identification- Evaluation as the main line.Firstly,this thesis analyzes hazards identification and evaluation method. Analyzes the applicability of these methods for evaluation of port construction hazard, chose the safety check list method and operating conditions risk assessment method to port engineering construction hazards identification and evaluation. This thesis divided port engineering into two parts, one is the offshore construction and the other is the land construction. Division each part of the work according to the subentry work, assignments for land and offshore construction, through the study of the construction process each link of the construction, construction technology and the mechanical equipment involved, combining with the characteristics of port construction project and summarizes the security problems in port construction and characteristics of the hazards, List port construction hazard identification of risk factors are obtained, and on this basis, using LEC method, qualitative and quantitative evaluation to identify the list of content, implement the harbor construction risk classification, major hazard installation control of hazard management measures are put forward, through a case analysis of hazards identification and evaluation method of application, which has achieved good,practical effect.
