In recent years, China's port construction has developed a lot in both quantity and quality. The security issues of construction projects in the process of building are more prominent than before. In this paper, the writer draws on the experience and research of Hazard Identification on domestic and overseas construction, as well as investigates and studies a lot on the offshore construction, to study the hazards identification methods on port's building. In the process of studying, the writer made the Hazard Identification - Evaluation as the main line.(1) Port construction projects will be divided into a process node, and further decomposed into construction processes, by studying and investigating the construction processes and mechanical equipments involved in each process, summed up the characteristics of port construction and its security issues.(2) A variety of methods for Hazard assessment of investigation and study, analyze their advantages and disadvantages and the applicability of port construction hazard evaluation to identify the appropriate way.(3) Through on-site research, interviews with construction personnel and analysising and studying construction organization design, come to the Port Construction Hazard Identification List (construction process) and identify a list of risk factors of the hazard.(4) Propose fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the port construction hazard assessment which combined the AHP and fuzzy math method; build the AHP model and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of port construction Hazard Identification.(5) Based on the results of port construction hazards identificating, use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and improved LEC law to make further qualitative and quantitative assessment on the contents of the list, implemente risk classification of the major hazard of port construction. And else, how to improve the LEC law to make it more science applied to the port construction major hazard evaluation.
